Tuesday & Sundays

Inspired by actual events that occurred on Prince Edward Island, this beautifully poetic and haunting drama is set in rural Margate, Canada in 1887.  Two teenage lovers awake in a sepia-toned limbo to reveal the course of their stormy relationship, from their first exuberant meeting at a New Year's Eve party through an unplanned pregnancy, from passionate embrace to tragic end.  Winner of numerous accolades and the Sterling Haynes Awards for Outstanding New Work at the Edmonton Fringe, our production of this play comes via the Yale Cabaret and features brilliant young actors: Christianna Nelson (recognized at Yale School of Drama as Outstanding Actress for 2005) and multi-talented actor/composer/playwright David Nugent.   Five performances.
