Patrick and Melody relive a whirlwind of events – remembering separately and together and differently, watching their younger selves crashing through time like figures in a fractured cubist canvas – that drags them to the verge of their final, surprising decision. Three pairs of actors play the same couple – as teenagers, as late twenty year-olds, and finally as forty year-olds.
